    Signed with a door to door rep and they sent a rep out the following day, he only sprayed inside and did not do exterior which was included in the initial pricing and couldn't answer any of my questions. He was supposed to relay the scheduling of the exterior due to rain to the following Tues. The next day (within my 3 day SC state law right to cancel) I had a far better offer for more services for a much better upfront and monthly pricing. I cancelled my contract in writing well within my 3 business day right and told them to cancel my exterior service for the following Tues. Their response was that they did not have me scheduled at all for the exterior and would be charging me the full $84 for "services completed" and then would cancel my contract. I have reached out to them numerous times in writing to attempt to resolve this $84 charge when the service was not completed and I was offered the same by another company for only $19 and the other companies reps were much more friendly and had way more knowledge. They charged me for the full $84 with not even as little as a response to only paying for what was actually done nor any response to a request for a refund since I cancelled within my 3 day right of rescension. Terrible customer service or rather NONE at all, incomplete service, and no response from the business to resolve. Buyer beware!! I would like a refund of $84 as I was not satisfied with any of the service performed and more importantly it was not completed and my cancellation was done exactly as it should be in writing.

    Signed up with evergreen pest solutions a year ago. Have had multiple ineffective treatments in the last year. When I tried to cancel with them they are charging me a cancellation fee. Their services are not working and I have had to spend additional money to go to the store for pest control solutions. They have come out to treat specifically for ants and yellow jackets and on both of these I have solved the problem myself. They do not spend more than 5 minutes at my house and are not doing any effective work. I cannot cancel without a 200 fee and I cannot pay for another year of ineffective treatment. Additionally we told the sales man that we were renting the house and could not sign a 24 month agreement and he said he had made a note of this and said if we cancel at 12 months there will be no cancellation fee. After calling they said he no longer works there and lied about making that note so I am responsible for the cancellation fee.
