    I have been a customer since 2006. It started last year around February they missed my trash collection 2 weeks in a row. Services are paid every 3 months on 3/21/2023 my services were paid for the year in the amount of 225.00. I started off thinking thing would be different this year but on Memorial Day, May 27 there normal pick up day is on Tuesdays. So my trash wasn't pick up until June 4. So I called and explained after June that I would not need their services for the reason they were not picking the trash up after holidays. Today being June 10 the guy told me she canceled my services now there is still 2 weeks left in the month and she canceled my services but she's keeping my funds I paid. I have all receives 12/13/23 paid $75.00 for the months of Jan ,Feb and Mar. check# ****. I paid $225.00 on 3/21//2023 to pay for Apr thru Dec .I received my statement for Jan. 2024 which I paid on 12/28/2023 in the amount of $75.00 for Jan, Feb and Mar 2024. On 3/15/2024 I paid $75.00 for Apr, May and June 2024 . Now they didn't pick up my trash on May 27,2024 and they canceled my service today on June 11, 2024. My husband and I are both retired and can't afford paying for services we or not receiving. **** * ****** *** ****** ****** ****** *** *****
