One of his other shops talked me into an oil change. They took the oil out of my car and never put any in. I pulled out of shop and immediately pulled back in. Manager told me it was against owners policy to tslk to customers. I was able to track down owner and spoke to him where he agreed to meet me and sign papers saying he would pay for car to be fixed, but has since ignored my calls and had his manager call saying he would not meet with me.

Unfortunately I am unable to locate my receipts, however they were strictly credit card receipts with a price and no description of work. I can provide bank statements showing the bill was paid and at the location. My apologies for not explaining well enough, I am very upset at the situation and didn't convey my thoughts thoughly.  Joey s***** owns aimuns auto as well as multiple other shops.  I brought my vehicle to Easley tire and brakes in easely s.c. where the work was improperly done. The manager said the owners refuses to speak to customers and was able to track him down at his main shop. He spoke to me and agreed to meet me to discuss the situation and provide paperwork acknowledging the mistakes and his consent to have the vehicle repaired at another shop with his approval to pay.  He asked me to call the following day to set up a time for us to meet and has since avoided all calls. His manager at the shop where the car is has called stating the owner will not hold true to his word and meet with me or approve repairs at another shop.  The owner stated in our phone conversation that he regularly has employees make mistakes and that he honors all work and will make things right, however his actions show otherwise and I In no way feel comfortable with any of his employees ( that he himself stated regularly make mistakes)  taking any further action on my vehicle.   I may have felt comfortable had his manager not informed me that he refuses to speak to customers and regularly makes false claims of honoring their work and making things right. Thank you for your time please advise me of my bank statements will be sufficient and if any other information is needed.

On 10/9/2023 I visited the Easley Tire & Brake business to get my donut tire put on my vehicle, because my current tire was damaged/losing air. One of the employee's placed the donut tire on my vehicle and I was charged $10.00. Later that day I was driving on the interstate 385 Greenville, South Carolina and started to hear my tire lug nuts popping off my donut tire one by one, causing me to lose my donut tire and putting me in a dangerous life threatening situation. Thank god I heard them popping off so that I could make it to the grass area on the side of the intersection (barely making it) I immediately called the Easley Tire & Brake shop to let them know that they did not tighten my lug nuts correctly on my donut tire. The tire shop sent out 2 of their employees to come out to help me locate my donut tire, which they did not find because it flew/bounce over the interstate wall at an high speed and could have caused another vehicle to wreck. The 2 employees called their manager and decided to take my damaged tire from my trunk back to the tire shop and told me that they are going to give me a tire-for free and will be back in 30 minutes. The 2 employees come back and put the tire on my vehicle and tells me to come by their shop the next morning to finish the job. I report back to the tire shop on 10/10/23 and made the manager aware that the tire you gave me is the wrong size. The manager said it doesn't matter that the tire size doesn't matches my other tires. The manager tells me that he had to order certain parts to place the "wrong size tire" on my car, so after 2 hours of waiting he approach me and says your car is done. I drive off and notice that my car is driving lopsided and my steering wheel is turnt to the right so I turn around and go back. I get back and the employee who helped me the day before approached me and I told him that I need a tire alignment. He looks at my car and says its my fault I gave you the wrong tire... to be continued
