    On February 9, 2024, around 11:00 am, I called Keno Towing to tow my car to Toyota of Easley for repair. I have a 2016 Toyota Rav 4. I met the tow truck, with my car on the flat bed, at the service department. The driver preceded to the rear of the building to unload the car. I was called, by the service department to pick up the car around 4:00 pm the same afternoon. My car was facing away from me and I got in and drove home, when I noticed the front end damage. I immediately called the towing co. to see if there had been a problem and they denied any problem. I then took the car back to Toyota service dept and they checked it out and said it was definitely from the towing. I called Keno Towing the next day and took it there. They checked it over and said it was not their fault. They said they had insurance and would pay for it if it was their fault but they were not taking responsibility. I filed an insurance claim and the adjuster said the up and down scratches and damage was consistent with the motion on the flat bed truck.
    I had an estimate done at a body shop and he said the same thing. That it was, in his opinion, definitely from the towing. I have an appointment for repair on May 15, 2024 and it is costing me
    $2185.73. I have $1000.00 deductible and I don't know if my insurance is going to pay any, but they shouldn't have to, I guess. Anyway, I just hope this does not have to happen to someone else.
