    I had an issue with an order and Bruce from Hawks Motorsports contacted me to resolve the issue. What a great guy to speak with. Issue has been resolved and am very pleased with his customer support. I will be doing more business with them. Thank you, Bruce, for reaching out to me.

    I agree with poor customer service!!!!! They have charged me twice for the 1 item I purchased. A week apart. Wont answer the phone or return calls as they say they will do. Avoid doing business with this company at any cost.

    Good Morning Mr ***** , you are correct int he fact that you where billed 52.94 twice due tot he fact your card kept declining and one it finally was accepted , one of the prior attempts went through as well . We have received your voice mails and have attempted to reach you to explain but your Voicemail is not set up and you cannot receive voicemails . we have credited one of the charges in full back to you . we apologize for the inconvenience but I assure you we had not intentions of keeping 52.94 sense that was not ours a simple email would have rectified the situation on both ends my apologies and I hope we can serve better next time .

    Horrible customer service. Rude. Will not answer phone or emails. They get your money then act like they are too busy to talk to you or respond. Avoid!

    Mr ******* , I apologize for your frustration but you are sadly mistaken we actually are just super busy with over 1000 phone calls a day and over 500 email we actually much appreciate our business and customers. please provide me with some details and I am happy to look into your situation but sometimes it does take patience .     i paid $7500 for a new supercharger kit. was sent a used damaged incomplete kit. they refuse to take it back and give me a refund. never buy from this company.

    This is a new complete installation kit and a rebuilt supercharger as this supercharger was no longer available from the manufacture and this allow as explained to the customer up front! After receiving the kit the kit was missing a few items which we purchased at our cost and shipped to the customer. This customer has been kept in the loop and called SEVERAL times. IT was explained to the salesman that the customer had found a different/ larger supercharger kit on another site he could purchase and was told we could do a refund WITH a restock fee which the customer declined . Truth is there is nothing wrong with the initial purchase other than the few small items missing which we replaced and customer just wants a refund to buy a larger supercharger kit which he is welcome to do and he can return the kit BUT there will be a restock fee which is normal for almost all business now days . These are the simple facts ! now because the customer has changed his mind and wants us to pay the price we are the bad guy lol welcome to the world we live in . customer has a choice it is up to him.
