    Back at the End of ****, my wife and I bought some property. We contacted Cole J***** from KB Land Management. We met with him and discussed on what we wanted. On **** *** 2022, We had Cole and his Crew to come out to our Property and asked to have 2 Acres Clear and Cleaned up our Driveways. We went ahead and paid Cole the Total that we owed him of $13,000($5,500/ Acre Plus $2,000 Clearing Driveways). It took them about a week to do everything. The clearing looked good, but they had messed up the cleaning up on the pathways up front coming into the first pathway that's consider part of my in-laws property. They are very upset on how Cole and his Crew left it at the end of the week. Couple Months later when we started getting our cleared property ready for our house, we found out by the Electric Guy and the Appraiser that our cleared area wasn't 2 acres. So when I went to measure our property for the fence, I measured it at 1.1 acres out of the 2 Acres that we had paid for at the beginning. We contacted Cole around September asking for another copy of the receipt where we paid him because it was missed placed at the time while all of this was happening. Cole got back with us saying that he would get us another one. Couple days later he said that he couldn't get it to us because he couldn't find his copy. After that day, we tried to text and call him. Cole hasn't been responsive to us. Cole only responded back once or twice after that, he has been unresponsive since then. We have been trying to talk to him in person and we offered him to come out to measure it himself. He has been neglected to respond.
