    Leatherique promises accurate color matching services in providing dye for leather restoration. I sent in a medium sized sample of plastic interior trim recently painted in the correct, target, color. I received the first batch of dye and let the owner, George, know that the color was not close at all to my sample, and they agreed to try again. This time, I sent the same medium sized piece from the first attempt, and at George's request, also sent a larger interior plastic piece painted in the exact same target color. Also per ongoing conversation with George, I sent along an interior arm rest pad that was painted with the first batch of dye. Finally, that box contained all of the remaining first-batch dye. I sent a note to George to let him know when the package was sent. Two weeks later, I reached out for an update on my redo order, and received no reply. I tried again a couple weeks later and was told my package must have been delivered to a wrong address, they don't have it. I sent proof from the **** showing that they picked up the package at the post office. Finally it was found after a very painful exchange over far too long a period of time.
    Everything here by the way, is backed up by written text and email correspondence including all details with pictures.
    The box was finally returned to me, inexplicably with two different batches of dye, no note or explanation was offered in any form. One batch now matches almost perfectly the first batch that was returned. The other batch was an extreme over-adjustment and also not close at all to the original color samples sent. I sent a fresh batch of pictures to show the mismatch from round two and asked for a refund, due to the additional overall delay, significant cost of reshipping large packages, and the fact that three attempts had completely failed to produce a usable product. I have since been either directly misled or ignored, again, documented. Refund was promised but not delivered.
