      I paid 50% deposit $2300 to Crabtree on 2/3/2025 to replace SOD.
      No service were provided. Only different reasons like weather or labor issues.
      On 5/6, they agreed to refund. They said a check was mailed out on 5/7 but I have never received it. They said they would reissue it and I could pick it up with him. However, until now, I do not have the check yet. I demanded they must mail me the check on May 11. They said they will not do it until 5/21 and will text me the proof. Until now, no information. Numerous reasons to delay the refund.

      Ordered rocks on Friday March 7th to be delivered on Monday March 10th around 11 am. Never received word they weren’t delivering the rocks until I called around 4pm. I was told they would deliver the next day at 10 am. Again, company was a no show. I called and asked for an update and was told they couldn’t deliver now until Friday the 14th. I explained that this was unacceptable and to please refund my money. Total was $972.00 few days later I was told refund had been processed, but the transition I was provided was not related to my payment method. Here we are a month later and still no refund.
