    HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH I HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED A FEW TIMES DUE TO BILLS NOT BEING MAILED. ALSO THE ONLY MAIL I RECEIVE IS THE CERTIFIED MAIL FOR DISCONNECT. IM IN LEXINGTON I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO ELGIN TO PAY IN PERSON TO GET RECONNECTED. I WAS TOLD THEY UPDATED THEIR SYSTEM TO WHERE PAYMENTS CANNOT BE MADE OVER THE PHONE NOR ONLINE WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE THIS IS! SOME PEOPLE DONT DRIVE AND IF IM NOT THE ONLY ONE NOT GETTING MAIL THINK OF OTHERS WHO HAVE HAD A DISCONNECT AND CANT PAY IN PERSON PLEASE GET BETTER PAYMENT OPTIONS AND STILL WAITED ALL DAY TO GET RECONNECTED WITH BACKED UP SEWAGE.

    If a customer is experiencing mail delays, please contact your post master for your zip code to inquire about lost or mail delay. At Southwest Water, we offer other paperless billing to avoid missed or delayed mail from the USPS. Please go online at myaccount.swwc.com to sign up for a profile. You may review your statements, set up auto draft, one time payments, paperless billing, and get notified 5 days before your bill is due. You will need your account number and your 4 digit verification number. If you do not know your 4 digit verification number, please contact customer care at 803-699-2422 to speak with a representative.
