    Good afternoon BBB,

    I am having a problem getting my brawny transportation from Tana. This has been an ongoing issue since March 2023. It was reported stolen at Columbia Police Department and I was given the 10 digit number of 803.759.1271 to schedule pick up in April from this roadside company. Unfortunately, the accounts receivable manager name, invoice statement, and address is not available. This company is price gouging and overcharging up to $6,950 for storage fees and fines. I have left messages and called several times to resolve this matter. How can I get my brawny transportation from Tana?

    This Is Troy M*******. I picked the Honda Civic up from Hardee's in Holly Hill, SC. The Holly Hill Police Department called me to come pick it up for them. The owner of the vehicle kept calling me about the vehicle wanting to know why she has a towing and storage bill and wanting to know the address to where the car is located. I keep telling her I don't give out my tow yard's address that we can meet up if she is going to come pay the bill to get the car. The Police pulled the guy over and found ***** in the car and he got locked up. Whoever she had driving her car at the time. That's why her car got picked up. I texted her asking if she could meet me to pay the bill. All she would say is what's the address. Never would say if she was going to pay the bill or not.
