    Dress purchase: 10/12/2024 I had to go 4 times for alterations because they did not do what we discussed correctly or at all. The owner/tailor (*****) was late to my appointment and didnt answer the phone when the clerk called her. At pickup, I learned another lady had worked on my dress. She didn't do what ***** said would be done. She left **** mesh in the dress that did not match my skin instead of replacing it, she removed the buttons from the back of the dress, miss-lined the dress, and put in the wrong cups. She and ***** bickered about what was done. ***** blamed her and said shed had to give money back before because of her but promised she would take my dress home herself to fix.When I went to pickup again, she had put another set of the wrong cups in,the dress was ill-fitting (I later learned it was because of the incorrect lining), and still had not steamed the dress like they said they would. The straps were lined with white beading and she put silver beads in a missing spot because she didnt have the same ones. We left for her to fix it again. The dress still puckered when we went back (she told me to just lose a pound).A needle fell out of the dress when I opened the bag at home.I lost 4 lbs but the puckers remained so I went to a local tailor shop (I live 2.5 hours away). The employees at there were appalled by the state of the dress. They noted that mix-match pieces of the wrong fabric had been used for lining, the wrong lace was used to replace the **** fabric, the bustle was wrong, the wrong cups were used, and the incorrect beading on the strap. I had to pay another $386 to get it fixed the week of my wedding!I called a few times and when I finally spoke with *****, she said there was nothing she could do because she already had to pay 2 times to have it altered by someone else. She was not apologetic or concerned. I would like refund of the additional money I had to spend to get the dress fixed 5 days before my wedding.
