    I purchased a ***** Malibu in cash, from this dealer over 1yr 6months ago. I did not pur*** with a complaint because he always reassured me that he was getting things cleared up. I still have not received a title for this vehicle. Running around back and forth to the court house to the *** to find a reason or what I am required to do to receive the title. On July 22, 2024 finally the *** says not only is the title still on hold. The title is also salvaged. The dealer did not make me aware of this status when purchasing the vehicle, apparently because of it being salvaged. He will no longer answer my calls or return them. Neither respond to my text messages. This is unfair business and for a grown man to brush his legal qualifications aside to collect money from customers makes me very disappointed towards considering any other business that isn't well known. Please help me resolve this is***. Whether it would be to *** them or if they're able to walk away with no repercussions..... terrible business man, terrible company.

    What started off as me buying a 2011 ***** Pilot in December 2021 with approximately 118k+ miles, (per Bill of sale) with a purchase price of $7200, and finance through ***************.. The next few month I began having major repairs done every 3 weeks put me in a financial bind and nightmare that continued 9-months later. . I later found out that that the mileage was rolled back and it did not have the said miles. ** actuality, those miles accrued almost 3 years ago! So you can imagine how many miles are on this vehicle. I spoke to my finance company *************** and an investigation began. My finance company agreed after a thorough investigation was done and said that The Auto Store, owned by *********************** was issued and told to buy back the vehicle. I was in communication with *********************** whom spoke to me very suave, convincing manner, and made some promises that he was "working on it" and "getting the money up" to pay the **************** Every week he would tell me something new, something different. I would believe him. While each day, week, and month went by, I am still responsible for the vehicle car note which prior to, I made on time the payments. *********************** actually came up and picked up and took back the vehicle from my job in ************, ** Where I would commute (1 hour away) once a week and took back to his store to resale. This truck s now on his website for sale with incorrect miles again..My *************** stated that he did not return their calls, and that now the truck is moved to "Charge Off" status on my credit report. I'm unable to buy another car because my buying power has been tainted. I have been to numerous car lots attempting to buy a reliable vehicle but I cannot get approved due to this charge off on my credit because of a car that was fraudulently sold to **** have made a Dealer Claim to SC DMV also. I am seeking resolution and financial restitution and restoration of the charge on my credit report
