I want to change my payment schedule by disabling automatic payments for the Realm product, but have no way of doing so, as I am unable to create an account with my email address that I previously input. I have been making payments online since November of 2021, and want to disable automatic payments. When I try to create an account with my email address, the website tells me that email has already been used. When I try to reset password and see if I may have created an account, it says that there is no account with that email address. So I'm completely stuck. As there is no support for end users, I am completely unable to do anything about this.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/09/01) */ ACS Technologies does not have a business relationship with Ms. *******. Our relationship is with First Baptist Church of Glendale. I contacted both Ms. ******* and the church to ask them to work this out between them. On 9/1/2022, I received a notice from our support staff that the church had indeed handled her request. Tina is correct that we do not provide support to end users of our product. That support is provided to our actual customer. We do not have the right to modify a customer's data therefore we ask any end user to communicate directly with the church. We have no record of this being attempted to be resolved before a complaint was filed with the BBB. Bottom line: As of today, this issue should be resolved.
