    Im found this complaint because Im tired of the false advertisement when it comes to getting assistance from certain things when it comes to getting call back about important information its just a lie that Im not in agreements with. When I got to this company, they told me how I qualified for a lot of different benefits, and one of those benefits was rental assistance but lately they keep denying me. They give me the runaround when it comes to getting information then once I get that information Im still denied now. Im behind on my rent and when it comes to applying for assistance, obviously it keeps changing and is very hard to get assistance when I qualify for theyre not making it fair or easy for their clients at all, when it comes to giving people call back I never receive a call back. I just received the new case manager case manager have yet to call me when it comes to important information. They dont call at the keep calling them in order to get any answers and then I still dont get any answers because either other than that at work or they give me the runaround And how I feel about it is they do not care about my health whatsoever. I cant seem to get referred to different doctors offices have been asking to be referred to a dentist office for a very long time. I got a big hole in my mouth and still have to be referred to a dentist. Ive also asked to be referred to a real therapist or psychiatrist at yet to be referred to one of those and Ive been with Hope health since 2017 and its like it get worse every year and Im tired of it so if I dont get the results, Im looking for something to give because this is my health and my life that were talking about. And what I want is to be assisted with My Rent and to be able to be referred to different doctors offices when needs be and when theres important Information that need to be given to me I would like it to be through email or picking up the phone and giving me a call.

    It is a matter of the way I was treated at the facility I had no transportation. I feel that the issue was not handled fairly. I was having back issues . They dismissed me from the practice they said the doctor I was supposed to see was not seeing anybody I was told lTer that was not true. From what I learned from another employee I did not want to see the practice was force to do so anyway they didn't care about what I had to say .I was not comfortable with who I was seeing I was did and treated very badly
