    Went to Shell Station on May 5, 2024 to purchase gas. After I finish the handle would not turn loose. I tried and tried, it was jammed, finally I was able to get it out. Went inside to speak with the attendant who said he was the only person there and would check it later and speak to the owner. I checked back on 5/21/2024, nothing. Again on 5/22/2024, nothing. On 5/23/2024 someone named ********* ***** called and said he was the cashier. He tried to say that I over filled the pump. That's not true, I only bought $36.43 worth of gas. My suv will hold at least $60.00 dollars worth of gas. It has been one put off after another, they offered me $10 gift card for gas. My tire is discolored, it's terrible. They are new Michelim. They have just ignored me. Someone at Shell ************* gave me a case number. This is August/now September, nothing. Now no one answers the phone
