    I ordered a grave marker for my father and it has the wrong marriage date on it. It says married June 18th, 1939 when it should be June 18th, 1966. I contacted them at the end of June 2024 and called many times with ***** ever returning my call. I have emailed several times as well. In November 2024, I did hear a response on how to I wanted it rectified but when I answered what I wanted done, there has been no response since. I want the stone turned over and engraved correctly and I want a picture for proof. My family spent $1000.00 on the grave marker and I am very frustrated that I have been trying to contact them for 6 months and this has not been corrected yet.

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention. We will get it fixed for the customer. I do not see where she has reached out since November.

    The long story is we were given the wrong marriage date and approved it twice (once on a purchase agreement and once on a proof of the memorial). I told her we would correct it in good faith but needed time to not make a special trip to that cemetery. I have it in in a trip in the next week to pick it up and get the date corrected for her free of charge. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
