    I started orthodontic treatment in August-October of 2018. I had an unpaid balance due to my Mother, ****** ***** whose account the name was under, being unaware of me receiving orthodontic care in her name. August of 2018 I was a minor at the tender age of 17 without any legal guardian present signing and being approved for orthodontic treatment at White-Brown Smiles Orthodontics. Once my mother found out the account was in her name she was very disappointed in me but even more disappointed in White-Brown Smiles for allowing it due to me receiving medicaid which clearly states my mother could not afford treatment. In July of 2020 I made an over the phone payment of $747 to catch up on the bill to avoid the account being sent to collections. December of 2019 the account was closed and sent to collections but was never mentioned to me or my mother until I made an appointment to get X-Rays and determine how much further treatment is needed in September of 2022. The office of White-Brown Smiles, Leslie in particular, knew I had never been notified of the account being sent to collections in 2019, accepted my payment in 2020 under an account put in my name (******* ******) without my approval. I would like my mother's credit restored, a refund of my initial paid balance to start treatment and the amount of $747 paid after the account was sent to collections. I would also like a removal free of charge.
