I am submitting this complaint regarding the misconduct of The Vantage Group - Property Management Solutions, LLC,Throughout my tenancy, my landlord has repeatedly violated the lease agreement, including:Entering the property without proper notice.Using my rental address to receive personal packages for their new home.Yelling at me and my household members through windows and doors.I have reported these incidents to the property management group multiple times, yet no action has been taken against the landlord.Due to this issue, I requested to vacate early and pay a prorated amount for the number of days I would occupy the unit in my final month. The management group discussed this with the landlord, and I was informed that the landlord agreed to my requested move-out date of March 10, 2025.However, after this agreement was reached, the management group imposed an unexpected requirementthey insisted that I complete a pet screening process for my certified service animals, which I recently obtained due to a worsening medical condition. While I complied with this request, I was later informed that the landlord had changed their mind and was now demanding that I stay for the entire month. The property management group and landlord then escalated the situation by threatening eviction if I did not comply, despite my previous agreement to pay the prorated rent and follow their additional requirements. This management group has:Failed to enforce lease agreements, allowing the landlord to engage in harassment and misconduct.Misled me regarding the prorated rent agreement and failed to uphold the landlords initial approval.Imposed unnecessary obstacles, such as requiring a service animal screening after an agreement had already been reached.Failed to protect my rights as a tenant, ultimately leading to more harassment and threats of eviction.I am formally requesting that the BBB investigate this business. I will be pursuing legal action in the courts.
