    Recently the DEFY trampoline park changed over to a Sky Zone trampoline park. When the change occurred my membership information was supposed to switch over and all I had to do was re-sign the waiver for myself and my son. I did that and will include emails to show that.We no longer want to play there because it's too crowded. To save the money, I tried to cancel my membership on their website, but was unable to do that because when I signed in with my information (e-mail and phone number) the information showed that my membership had been cancelled in August of 2023 (I will include a screen shot of this). I then checked my payment information to see if I could just get rid of that because I had been charged in June so I knew I had some membership there. When I went to that web page it showed that I have no payment information, but for some reason am being charged (I will include a screenshot of this). My next attempt was to try my only other email address and that showed that there was no account under that address (I will include a screenshot of this).After failing on the internet I went to the Sky Zone location to cancel my membership. When I was there I was told that I had to cancel my membership on their website. I explained the situation and they looked up my account and it showed the account was active even though the website says it's not. It was not the account I was seeing on their website when I signed in at home. I was given a text number and told to text for help or email for help. Their offices are closed (will include screen shot). Then they gave me a card that would show me how to cancel my membership, but the card does not show how to do this. The problem is still that when I sign in the incorrect account is showing up and showing that my account has already been cancelled. I want my money back that I was charged on July 25th and for membership to be cancelled. For some reason the charge still shows up as Defy.
