The Roofing Contractor was pulling out their tandem axle roofing trailer, and did not put the tongue jack up on trailer. They drug it down the entire length of our new driveway leaving a continuous gouge. Also the truck they used left large oil spots all over the concrete. I spoke with Shane ***** several times the next couple of weeks and was told they would repair and clean it. However this has not been completed and I have not received any calls back.

We would like the driveway repaired to the same condition prior to roof replacement, or replaced with new concrete. We mailed certified demand letters to the business address on the invoice, and they would not accept delivery of them.

We are in the process of getting this issue resolved. I apologize for the delay.

I am rejecting this response because:

While the business has been calling regularly and has power washed the driveway, the damage from the trailer tongue jack remains. The business owner has assured me that they will resolve the issue and I really appreciate their honesty and willingness to get this resolved. I would like to keep this case open until the driveway is repaired or replaced. Thankyou

    Sincerely,
