    This seller is a con. I bought a game of life from this seller that had pictures online that did not match what I received. Not only that the description of this game online stated that the game had all required pieces but arrived with pieces of the board and game play missing. I did everything in my power to try and contact the seller to return the game as it was eligible for in their terms and conditions. Never could get ahold of them and so started the process of return and spoke with my bank about the matter. Claimed she had heard no contact from me and refused to make the situation right. You cant lie to customers about your terms and conditions if youre not going to follow through. *** never had this much trouble with a company before. This happened over a year ago and ** still upset about it every time I see my board games. Prompted me to finally leave the review this company earned

    I ordered a Star Wars Monopoly game on *******.com from this seller and was shipped a very used game that was missing pieces. I returned the game to my local ******* and they returned the game to the seller. The seller is now denying my refund stating I never returned the game. I have all the proof from the order all the way to the returned delivery to the seller. The seller is stating they didn't receive the item in the same condition they sent it, which absolutely untrue. I was sold a used game with missing pieces and that is exactly what they received back from me.
