    Signed up with Girlicity a week ago. They sent me something to sign about termination fees of $300 without clearly stating what they are for. I sent them a request to release me because I did not agree with them. They now want to charge me a fee of $49.75 to release.

    I'm filing this complaint because a little over a month ago I requested to be taken off of their list and I don't understand if I've never utilized them. Use them at all that I should have to pay $49 to take my name off of a list. It's ridiculous. I've been with that group for almost 2 years. Never use them and now they want money. That's just crazy. I don't think it's right it'd be a different story if I ever got paid from them or did something through them. But I have done nothing and I need to get my name off of this list because it's counting towards my food stamps and I'm not 49.00 I can barely pay my bills but I don't think it's right if you've never used them to have to pay a charge. All I want is my name off of their list and they refuse to do it unless I pay $49 and I'm not paying $49 since when do you pay a company to take your name off of a list that you've never used?

    Good morning, we do apologize for the confusion. We implemented the removal processing fee at the start of 2022, after you had already joined the team. We would be willing to waive the fee due to it going into effect after you joined the Girlicity team. This should clear up any issues and you will be able to then close the complaint. Thank you.
