      This company is fraudulent. I received a text addressing me by my full name from them about a case number. I ignored the first one but a few days later, I received a text saying if that if I did not contact them to avoid escalation and non compliance. I called them and the operator answered with the company name as J&J Solutions Group and that they I had a substantial amount, over $3,000 in collections from ***** Fargo and that they had attempted to collect it from me. They mentioned an old home address when I inquired why I never received any of this over the mail. It sounded believable because I am in the military and move every so years. They knew information about me without me indulging them to that info. They knew my full social, my relative names, home address and my current military service and previous employment. They even told me the next steps taken had I not called to resolve would be to contact my chain of command. Their website looks sketchy, they do not have a physical office address, only a po box. I wished I had done extensive research before paying them the settlement but because I was still uneasy after making that payment, I called my bank and reported them so thankfully I should recover all of my funds back.I also had to report them to the ************************ because they had MY FULL SOCIAL. Please beware!

      I received several very aggressive and threatening phone calls from a ***************** that sounded like a thug named ***** (I also spoke with a ********************* here and it was not ************* that was acting out.) He was threatening me, refusing to tell me who he was representing when he was calling and being very aggressive. It seems to me like the type of conversation one would be having when being robbed at a gas station. He said if I did not verify my SSN that he would send someone to serve me and "**** me as uncooperative" which is just some meaningless internal BS in their company. ***** has no business speaking with the public in any capacity and needs extensive training on how to interact with people and manage his emotions better. I hope he gets the help he needs so he can stop shining such a negative light on his business. ***** refused to provide the name of the company at least 5 times when I asked for it with a ton of childish attitude, leading anyone with a brain to thing he is scamming them. I believe this company is trying to scam me because of the actions of *****.
