    On February 21, I scheduled **** to clean my blinds on 20 windows. I agreed to $45 per window, which seemed high, but I had not had my blinds cleaned before and assumed it must be a fairly extensive process. When the cleaner arrived, he confirmed the $900 price and I naively signed the order. He then proceeded to vacuum about 6-8 of the worst blinds and then just sprayed and wiped down the rest. He was done in an hour and 45 minutes (that is more than $450 per hour). The blinds were clean and the excessive pricing was not his matter, so I wrote a $900 check and considered it a bad lessoned learned. Then **** ask for a review and I told them I felt I was deeply overcharged. They got back to me and after a couple of phone conversations, agreed to refund $200. That is still a very expensive service, but I agreed and would have considered the matter closed. To add insult to injury, they never sent the refund. I certainly do not intend to do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.
