March, 31st 2022 we entered into an agreement with Constructing Up to remodel our home. Project was $349,000 with completion to be done Dec 20th, 2022. We paid 25% up front ($87,500). Months went by until demo happened in July. After Demo some framing was done but then nothing for months. Dec 21st we sent a letter of termination asking for our money back minus any work that was done. Per their own invoices they completed roughly $28,000 of work. They currently have multiple law suits going on and have done this to a number of people like us. We've been out of our home for 6 months and entire house has been exposed to elements.
