  Worst credit union EVER! My account is clearly identified that the nature of my career requires me to travel. However, the powers that be affiliated with this pathetic financial institution disables my card/account at will then tell me that the branch can only ***** me access to my after verifying transactions in question. Stay away!

  One star is just too much for this small bank! I really don't even know we're to begin. I have been member with Sharonview for 10+ years, and Never have I ever heard of banking industry place a do not refund fees on a customer account who only get one fee a year. I am a middle class hard working women who keeps her account in good standing, and have direct deposit set. I believe I am discriminated upon per my credit, ethic back ground and my zip code. No manager has called me back to resolve any issues. I even requested to have one fee reimbursed and I will pay the other fee, and they still telling me No. This is only a scam and ***** organization just to make money from the middle class. I tried setting appointment at branch in charlotte ********************* location and the appointment was not set, no manager was available and it was nothing else the tellers can do! When I say I'm never, ever, opening any other products or doing business with Sharonview. I want my complaints documented and heard, and of course my two return fees back. I will write and call BBB everyday until this issue is resolved. I have already went to social.media, the news is next. To let the city know how much of scam and rip off thus bank is. And that they are definitely not for middle working class people!

  oh yhea its not a institution dont use this bank, untill they adda button for direct deposit its not a bank its a bank that steals your money SURE its secure but what happens when you dont have you account number something that should be accessible to all BUT simply isnt, i hate this ******** never use this bank unless you want to be screwed over constantly, online because guess what thats whats happening to me. they are fast about settling fraud and all that ill give them that, but still im annoyed

  I have bought a vehicle and financed it with them. I also have gap insurance with this finance company. I was involved in a vehicle accident that was not my fault. My insurance paid off the value of the vehicle. However, there is a large amount left on the loan that my gap insurance should cover it. I have called and left messages with them and no one ever returns call back or directs me to someone else and they can give me an answer on why the gap has not paid off the vehicle. I have a lawsuit pending regarding the accident and injuries that I have sustained. Cant work due to it and been on medical treatment from the accident. Now Im getting a late payment and double payment due but no one answers. It is frustrating when youre trying to get an answer and you are been directed to different agents that dont know anything about it. The customer service with this company is terrible.
