      The flooring itself is okay. For them to advertise a mill wear of 30 is a joke. But thats not even the worse part. We bought over ***** square feet of flooring for them to mess up the order and send us a whole pallets of wrong flooring. They sent me ****** sqft of wrong ************* the flooring I ordered is sold out and it could be November until 710 sqft of my house has flooring. The company offered me flooring of a different color or for me to pick up carpet from Lowes and just lay it over the subfloor. First off, I didnt spend $12,000 on flooring I like to have 710sqft of my house to be different. Second living on subfloor isnt safe with kids and pets but you know what more unsafe. Laying carpet over the subfloor without insulation. Have you every heard of a massive slipping hazard? This company has bad business practices and the worst customer experience of all time. I have done nothing but cry because I have to live in a construction zone for three months with children and pets.

We have apologized profusely for this error on our part and have diligently worked with you to provide creative solutions to resolve the issue. So far, we offered you other products many of which have a much higher cost for us. We also offered to buy you carpet as a temporary fix while we wait for the new material to be delivered. We certainly understand that these situations are less than ideal and are very frustrating for you, which is why we have worked so hard to mitigate the inconvenience as much as possible. We hope you will understand that mistakes do happen and as promised we will correct this situation as soon as possible.
