      ON APRIL ******* WE RENTED A LEFT WITH SUNBELT RENTALS LOCATED AT ***************************************** FOR **** WORK WE WERE HAVING DONE. APRIL 14, 2025 OUR CARD WAS CHARGED $$$.$$ ALL GOOD WE AUTHORIZED THESE CHARGES. HOW EVER ON APRIL ******* OUR CARD WAS CHARGED FOR $$$.$$ AND AGAIN ON APRIL30,2025 FOR $$$.$$ BOTH OF THESE WERE UNAUTHORIZED BUT THE GUY THAT DID THE **** WORK FOR US BACK ON THE 12TH PAID US THE AMOUNT FROM BOTH OF THOSE CHARGES AND HE SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AT SUNBELT ASKED FOR OUR CARD TO BE TAKING OFF FILE, HE WAS TOLD THAT OUR CARD WOULD BE TAKEN OFF. SO HERE WE ARE JUNE ****** I GET A MESSAGE FROM MY BANK THAT SUNBELT HAS CHARGED MY CARD ONCE AGAIN FOR $$$$.$$ UNAUTHORIZED AND MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN. CALL THE **** GUY TELL HIM HE NEEDS TO CALL SUNBELT FIND OUT WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON. WE CALL OUR BANK TO LET THEM KNOW WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS AND NOW OUR ACCOUNT IS NEGATIVE AND HAVE TO SEND US NEW CARDS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. SUNBELT TELLS THE **** GUY THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY. WE CALL SUNBELT AND EXPLAIN WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS AND OUR CARD WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE ON FILE ANYMORE, THEY SAID THEY CAN'T TAKE CARDS OFF FILE AND THEY DON'T ASK FOR AUTHORIZATION AND ARE NOT REFUNDING US. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY CAN JUST CHARGE A CARD WITHOUT ANY KIND OF AUTHORIZTION, SUNBELT MAYBE SHOULD LOOK INTO A CHANGE IN POLICY ON HOW THEY HANDLE CHARGING CARDS. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK

      I hate leaving this complaint however, the first second and third time this has happened as of late were ignored. I have been ordering equipment from sunbelt for years. 10 to be exact if we count the last company I worked for. The employees here know what pieces go with what equipment. But lately I call to reserve equipment and when I go pick it up there are missing pieces or the equipment doesnt have the right connections or hoses etc. this last time the man in the photo tried to tell me they didnt have a bigger hose that fed into the smaller hose. I argued with him and when I pulled out my phone to record he magically went and found it. I also asked the manager if they had plenty of vacuum bags and he said yes when I came Saturday to pick up the equipment he didnt have any bags until I took out my phone to record the. He said a customer returned two. When I get to the job site after begging for the right connections I realized the piece that guards the bags from wood chips breaking through the bag was gone. I tried making this work anyway but it would only **** out a little before the bags were ruins as seen in photo. I get mistakes happen but this is deliberate and while I was recording one of the employees (in photo) said to the other go get the other piece the higher *** wont care. I realized the truth in this as a business owner, you guys have lost my business and it only hurts the higher *** he was talking about not this guy in the photo. He doesnt care if you loose 500 a week as long as he eats obviously. 1,2,3,4 times may be a mistake, or ignorance.. but the 5th time its an attack of me personally. People know what they are doing g and this guy and the management allowing this here at this location need to be fired. Im sorry I wouldnt want them at my business

      We hired a transport company to pick up a welder that was sold to ** from Sunbelt Rentals. Driver was provided a release and gave it to the loader at the location to load it. Driver was loaded with the wrong welder. Driver delivers welder to customer and *********** was the wrong welder. I called sunbelt rentals and told them the wrong welder was loaded and we needed to get the correct one shipped. Sunbelt official *********************** at the *************** location handled my calls. He said he would hire someone to get the wrong welder from the ********** address but we was on our own on picking up our welder. We are out $1150 for shipping costs and neither Sunbelt nor the driver will take financial responsibility in this matter, *************** point blank told me "not my problem I dont know what to tell you".

      MAY 2022 WE EMPLOYERED THE SERVICES OF SUNBELT RENTAL RENTING PORTABLE AC UNITS RIGHT AWAY WE PAID $****.00 BY CREDIT CARD SEEING THAT WE WOULD NEED THE EQUIPMENT LONGER & EVEN MORE EQUIPMENT I REALIZED THAT I COULD APPLY FOR A COMMERCIAL CREDIT ACCT WHICH I WAS APPROVED FOR BY THE END OF MAY 2022 WE RETURNED ALL THE EQUIPMENT WITH NET 30 TERMS RIGHT AWAY I SAW DESCREPANCIES ON THE ************** WE WERE LISTED AS PAST DUE OR LATE THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THE $****.00 CREDIT CARD *********** PETSONALLY LOADED UP ALL EQUIPMENT & DROVE 100 MILES & RETURNED IT & THE INVOICES WERE CHARGING ME FOR A PICKUP FEE WHICH THEY DID NOT WE HAVE OUR OWN INSURANCE THEY CHARGING ME FOR INSURANCE THEY CHARGED FOR SET FEES WHEN AT ****S THEY DRIVER JUST DTOPPED OFF FAULTY EQUIPMENT WHICH MY ELECTRICIAN HAD TO FIX ITS BEEN QUITE THE NIGHTMARE IN MID JUNE I WENT OUT OF TOWN ON A DEEP SEA FISHING TRIP BY THE **** I GOT BACK IM READING ALL THESE EMAILS ABOUT COLLECTIONS & SO ************ HAD NOT EVEN COMPLETED THE CREDITS TO MY INVOICES YET THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT ****************** STILL COULD NOT FIND OUT WHERE MY **** PAYMENT WENT **** PAID 1 WEEK IN MAY .... TO MID *********** FINALLY FOUND IT SAYING IT WAS AN F9 BUTTON ERROR WHAT EVER THAT MEANS Dealing with 1 cust service **** ******************************* THINK THEY SAID 4 DIFFERENT ************** MGRS HAS BEEN ALL THE WAY CHAOTIC IVE TRIED CALLING HQ ************** HAVE BEEN NO HELP EITHER SO HERE I AM HOPEFULLY THE BBB CAN INTERVENE THANK YOU!!******************* ******** ********** *** ************************************************************** ************

      This is the first email that I have seen on this matter.

       

      Customer has been given numerous credits, as well as credit for the $2560 payment. The current unpaid balance is $13,543.96. There is nothing specific that the customer is requesting in their "complaint". We have been speaking with ****** in the hopes that we can get things worked out. Sunbelt has spoken with this customer many times and will continue to do so.
