      Had a plumber by the name of ***** come to my house that was hired by my home warranty company. He arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late for a scheduled appointment with no explanations or apologies. He did not even exam the drain that was plugged. He stated that in order for him to correct my problem, I was to pay in advance with only check or cash. His plan was to put chemicals down my bathtub drain and since he was busy, he would return in 30 minutes. I asked him how did I know he would return after accepting my money? I told him that I was happy to pay him after the work was completed but not before. He canceled the appointment and left. He refused to listen to me at all , was rude and totally unprofessional. I would never use this service again. I have called my warranty company and have posted a review on my neighborhood website. Horrible experience
