  I have to say this has been the worst experience I've ever had with any contractor. It seemed everything was going somewhat ok until Pool Drs / M&Js subcontracted concrete crew cracked my pool the day they were supposed to pour the concrete. It wasn't until later that day I received a text from M&J that my pool was cracked and they would have to contact the manufacturer. It took a couple of weeks before Pool Drs came out to investigate, discovering the crew used ****** hammers to release the bracing straps and hit the pool causing the crack. I expected that this would have been rectified soon but it took 6 weeks of hearing nothing from anyone before I contacted them again for any word on when they would fix the pool. It took 2 more weeks before they finally scheduled someone to repair it. I felt we were being reasonable and only requesting it be repaired instead of replaced given it's now a blemished pool that we paid full price for. Needless to say I didn't want that same concrete crew coming out so we found another crew to do the concrete for half the cost. Pool Drs also refused to cut ** a break on concrete even if we stuck with their crew admitting they severely up charge on concrete. IMO that alone is poor service. You would think they would offer something given they damaged it. They have delayed the project for months and refused to say sorry, give ** any timeline when it will finally be finished or compensate ** in anyway for the inconvenience. And since they have had their final payment from ** for awhile they have completely ghosted ** on the final services they owe ** including cleaning the pool, setting up the salt, pool school, inspections etc...After reading other negative reviews I'm now worried about all of the work. More upsetting is the same pool with other companies in the area is almost $15000 cheaper. I would highly recommend using a different pool company if you want a solid, worry free product in the end.
