      We highly recommend Merritt Roofing! They went above and beyond to take care of our needs! They met with our insurance adjustor and even nailed down a tarp on our leaky roof! It was done in a day and clean up was fantastic! The roof looks great! 5 stars for ***** and ********************************* and their exceptional customer service!

      Great company! They were fast, courteous and very thorough in what they were going to do. They had to replace a roof on an addition that a previous contractor had done. They did a temporary fix to our roof to stop the leaks until the weather cooperated to complete the job. Garret went above and beyondfrom materials used to cleanup afterward. The crew was kind and answered my questions thoroughly. I am amazed at the quality of work that was performed in a timely manner!!! I would certainly recommend them for any roof work you ever would need!!!

      I am no expert on roofing and gutters so it is hard for me to evaluate that part of the job. The roof looks great, and the gutters are working much better than the original. The most important part for me is the communication and professionalism of the people involved. ******** and ***** are excellent! I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others. They were fast to respond to my questions, coordinated with my insurance company, and kept me up to date on the process through emails and text messages the entire time. Everything the promised, they delivered on. Anytime they suspected delays, the let me know well in advance what I could expect.

      ***** and **** from Merritt are focused on one thing. Complete customer service and satisfaction. Both were involved in providing a solution to a leaking roof and went the extra mile. The Merritt Team guided us with the insurance company and ensured we received the roof we needed within the estimate provided. All work was done in a timely fashion and they were on the job from day one through the completion and final quality control inspection. We definitely recommend Merritt Roofing for your roofing needs.
