    Horrible experience:1. They spilled water on a rug and left a stain about 1.5 feet in diameter. The rug is ruined. The owner, *****, refused to replace the rug. The reason he gave was because he didn't want his insurance rates to increase. He even blamed me stating that it wouldn't have happened if I had told them not to spill water on anything. (Shouldn't that be understood?). He did agree to give us back what we paid for the window cleaning (but that didn't come close to covering the cost of the ruined rug). In order to get back the window cleaning fee, he made us write a letter stating that we wouldn't sue him for the damage that was caused.2. On top of that, the windows weren't even cleaned well. About 10% of them weren't touched. Many of the ones they did clean still have streaks and spots on them.3. They didn't show up on our initial appointment date. We had to reschedule because of this. After looking at other reviews, it seems that is a recurring problem with their service.
