    Had multiple issues with this business. They took my mother as a resident. She had dementia. They knew she had dementia. They checked her in forged my name on her paperwork. Refused to help me with getting a POA. Saying she was fine and that the doctors signed her off as having clarity or being of sound mind. I told them I was her only child and I needed help to pay for her bills and that she was not of sound mind. They refused to help. 2 months later they began sending me bills and threatening to turn me over to a collection agency. I explained again I didn't have access to her finical data needed help with a POA, they refused. 2 more months go by and they are telling me I have to sign her checks over to them, which was fine they needed to be paid I get that. I asked for help with a POA they refused. I signed papers to give them her checks. AT that time the total was 6k after the checks started going to them which the check are for them to receive and that month would be accounted for, the bill kept going up to 17K and then some when she past away. I was then told the estate should be worth about 71k and then some. they were asking for a 1/4 of the estate. Sent me over a bunch papers that didn't really match times and dates, they even billed me once with the wrong name on the invoice. I ask questions I get yelled at. Their story doesn't match ******** or ********** stories. My moms rings disappeared the day she died. They recovered her college ring but not her diamond ring. Each time I have asked about the ring they act like it is a new thing. I have asked for it since 4/2/2024 the day after her passing. Hoping this may help someone in the future or maybe this was one long bad experience. I do not trust these people.
