    Todd got in touch with me and we looked at my roof. Had hail damage and wind damage. We both contacted my insurance company and had a talk with the reps. Todd met with the adjuster at my house even with me being out of town and worked with the adjuster thru the whole process. Replacement roof got approved we met with Todd and Randy to finalize details. 2 weeks later, the singles were delivered along with the rest of that material, and the next day his crew was at it bright and early. The entire house was surrounded by tarps to catch the shingles coming off the roof as it was being stripped. Got the house stripped of the existing shingles, and were ready to start installing new shingles. I got home about 3:30 that afternoon to see how things were progressing. 3 people putting on shingles and 2 people starting the cleanup. was surprised by the amount of shingles that came off the roof but saw Todd later that day and he expressed his no concern for the mess. Crew surprised me by finishing the install of the shingles in one day and returned the next day to finish ridge vent and cleanup. When i got home that afternoon the roof looked fantastic and even better the cleanup that was done. So far haven't found any shingles or felt paper laying around. I would recommend True Square roofing 100% to get the roof repaired or redone. feel free to call Todd anytime and he will get back with you if not available at that time.

    Great experience, overall. They communicate very well and are punctual. They helped with the insurance process, making that very easy. I contacted them about a roof replacement and when I found out they do framing as well, I had them build a roof over my front porch. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I have been getting lots of compliments on how much better my house looks now. I would not hesitate to recommend True Square Roofing.

    A great experience and a beautiful new roof! We love that this is a family owned business- Todd and Austin were fun to work with and took great care of us. We couldn’t believe how smooth the process was, from start to finish. We highly recommend True Square Roofing!

    We had a good experience with True Square Roofing. We had a leak and damage from a storm. We got several estimates prior to deciding to go with True Square. Todd did a thorough inspection when he came out. He communicated with us during the entire process which I greatly appreciated. They were able to work with our insurance company as well. The days of the install, the workers showed up when they were supposed to, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves.

    Great Customer Service. Roof was done in a timely manner. My yard was cleaned and left just like they found it. Todd and his brother were very professional and great with communication.
