    I purchased 4 brand new tires in April $588. Last month (August) out of the blue, the belt in one of the tire broke. It was taken back to them and shipped to the manufacture just to tell us they would not replace the tire. Now 2 more tires are almost bald in under 6 months. My husband has been a loyal customer with them for years, but this is the first time that I have purchased tires from them for my vehicle. When I went to the establishment today 9/25/23 he informed me that I would need to purchase new tires because the warranty doesn't cover them due to the vehicle needing an alignment. He stated that an alignment was declined when the 4 tires were purchased. My husband said nothing was mentioned about needing an alignment and he asked them if anything else was needed. My husband currently has a vehicle that need an alignment for the past 2 months that he hasn't gotten because he was waiting on this company to get there machine fixed. He hasn't driven that vehicle this whole time.
