      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Georgetown Kraft Credit Union regarding a highly distressing issue with my loan. This situation has raised serious concerns about the integrity of this institution, particularly regarding its treatment of ********** customers in **********************, SC. On October 1, 2024, I attempted to pay $256 through your online portal to catch up on my overdue loan. The system first attempted to pull from a closed *********** account, resulting in a failed transaction. However, I immediately made a successful debit card payment for the same amount, confirmed by ************. Shockingly, when your merchant attempted to collect the approved $256 debit, they only accepted $0, erasing the transaction from your records. Navy Federal verified that the payment was approved and attempted to send it to Georgetown Kraft. However, due to the merchants choice to accept $0, this valid payment vanished. Ms. ******** ******* provided a *** listing accounts flagged for insufficient funds but did not clarify whether these were ACH or debit transactions. The *** did not indicate which account was involved, adding to the confusion. Despite Ms. ********* explanations, Navy Federal confirmed no ACH attempt was made by Georgetown Kraft; only my authorized debit card transaction exists. My parents visited in person two days later to pay an additional $256. GKCU acted as if the previous online payment never occurred. This disregard for a valid payment, coupled with the rude behavior of representative ******, raises suspicions of intent to push me toward default and repossession. It is unacceptable to deflect responsibility onto "merchant issues" without resolution. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it through legal action and public platforms to protect other customers from predatory practices. Additionally, I have a video of my call with Navy Federal confirming the payment details, which I will gladly share for review.

      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to EQUIFAX Credit Bureau, and with GEORGETOWN KRAFT CU to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from EQUIFAX Credit Bureau. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have GEORGETOWN KRAFT CU confirm that I have no account with them and that the EQUIFAX Credit Bureau can simply remove it from my credit report.
