    This company has refused to take responsibility for manufacturing defects on their products and wants the customer to find a solution through the reseller.

    This company falsely advertised an included product on their packaging, specifically a "hood extender" for a screen door. This is not included in the packing. Instead the company suggests filling out a request form online to have it immediately shipped. I filled out the form, and received an email saying the extended will ship immediately. I followed up with the company a week later and they said they have not shipped it yet, but they will ship it at the end of the week. I followed up again and they claimed they are waiting for the item to arrive and it will ship as soon as it comes in. I followed up again and they claim the product will not be available until August, and I should return the screen door to Homedepot if I cannot wait that long. I followed up again but I am getting no response from the company. I would like the company to refund my purchase directly because I am unable to return the screen door to Homedepot because I do not have the original packaging anymore. I can provide the receipt for the purchase if needed. Thank you, ******* ****

    False advertisement Advertised as fitting doors up to 80 inches. Even on the box it comes in it mentions it fits to 80 inches. However, you need to contact them for an extender they call a "hood". This took 3 weeks to actually arrive due to a backed up warehouse. Had been in contact with them regarding this item and mentioned it would get out weeks ago and actually only yesterday was it out of the warehouse. Then you have to install it. It looks ridiculous and awful and due to it being aluminum bends and doesn't fit right and doesn't slide at all well. Terrible product.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/05) */ We have had supply chain issues for aluminum coil and were unable to include the extender hood that is only needed for approx. 25% of the doors. We do have the hoods in stock and are sending these replacements out upon request until we can secure the supply needed to included again with each door. The customer mentions that the door does not roll well with the but when installed properly it should function well as long as the top patio door channel is not undersized. This screen fits most patio door but there are a some it does not fit. If customers wishes to return the door to the store we will assist in working with the store so he can receive a full refund from them.
