    I made a cash deposit of 300 down for order of 5ft farmhouse table, bench and 2 chairs for 595. It was originally supposed to be ready end of May, got pushed to june, then July, then August. I finally canceled the order end of July and requested my refund. They said a month it was being mailed and it is Sept 30 and still haven't received my refund. I have a test log of our conversations since Feb.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had already been very patient on waiting for table order and now patiently waiting for refund.

    I wish you the best on your business, beautiful workmanship seen on your Facebook page, but honestly need to improve your customer service and business practices. I also have hardships and health issues.
