    Came in on 10/14 around 3:45-4 pm, got a oil change and coolant exchange
    Afterwards car began smoking out the back, leaking out the front and back, running rough, check engine light came on (never came on before) and lastly after running for a few minutes one last time it shut down
    Was told the store manager would be calling on 10/16 Monday, instead I called Take 5 and spoke with another team member and was told I would be getting a call back today or 10/17 for sure. After calling on 10/17 I was able to get in touch with the store manager who told me that it would be impossible for them to have set off the check engine light and that he had the car diagnosed at auto zone? He said it was set off because of a wire set and engine coil which I can’t believe that until I get proof the car was taken to auto zone. I just want to be treated fairly, I was unable to even get out the parking lot on Saturday and now he’s able to just drive it with no problems 2 days later. I’m going to pick up the car today hopefully but I need to speak with a district manager about this one to see if it was handled properly.

    Multiple people spoke with the customer and we explained that the issues that happened with the vehicle had nothing to do with the oil change. The wiring harness is something that is not accessible from under the vehicle where we do all of the work. The customer was advised to stop at autozone to get the codes read on the check engine light to see what the issues were. After he brought the issues that they found to our attention we determined that they had nothing to do with the services we provided. After speaking with the customer for the final time he was fully and completely informed on everything and he spoke with the district manager about all of the issues with his vehicle.
