Sloppy work and unprofessional at remedying problems resulting from their work. Food wrappers thrown all over property topped off my frustration with Armando Morales who I contracted with because of the work he previously did in my neighborhood.
He had others come and work who had no knowledge of how to caulk and putty correctly. Many areas were missed completely. Putty and caulk splotches were left on my new roof and driveway.
Two boards that were originally marked to be replaced were never changed out. Tri County Paint Masters did not in my opinion handle this job professionally as there was no onsite accountability and or quality control.
I do not recommend this company and or Mr. Moralas. Taking pride in your work and customer satisfaction are important attributes and sustain a business.

Regarding the sloppy work you mentioned, it is interesting, considering I have text messages from you stating “what an amazing job we did and how happy you are with the way everything turned out.”
On three separate occasions before starting the job we walked around the exterior of your townhome, and you requested to have Armando (one of our crew leaders) and his crew do the work so we may not happen for you. While walking the job I personally showed you all of the cedar siding that needed to be replaced and you said you were unable to afford replacing all of them at that time so you wanted some of them bondod instead so that’s what we did! Then when the job was completed a week and a half later, you went back and put X marks on the Bondo boards, and said you didn’t like how it looked and wanted them replaced for free, and I explained to you we had no problem of replacing them, but there would be a charge as I told you when we initially walked the house and your response was absolutely not. Originally on the estimate you wanted six pieces of siding replaced after we replaced those we had extra material left over and I told you we could replace six more at no additional cost to try and help you out. I suppose since we painted the exterior metal window trim, painted your porch, steps and pressure washed your driveway and sidewalk at no additional cost to you that you expected even more. Regarding the trash, you mentioned, I sincerely apologized for the orange peel that was left in your yard and sent Armando back out to pick it up.
What is really sad about the situation is that you went so far to put a stop payment on the post dated check you wrote (because I was trying to help you on payments since you couldn’t afford to pay all of it at the time) because you wanted additional siding replaced for free.
We take pride in our work! We went above and beyond to ensure you were happy with the job which per your messages we did, until it came time for you to pay for it.
