    Keith and the owner David did not follow through with the work they said they would do. After their initial trimming of the tree in my front yard, I could hardly tell any work had been done. Keith said they would come back to “make things right” and they never did. The owner then called me to tell me to stop asking him when they would come back out to finish the job they originally started as one of their team members was no longer on with their crew. It was over a month before the owner David finally reached out to me. He was extremely rude. I feel like I have been scammed on this job and I would highly recommend others to be cautious when hiring this company. Poor communication and terrible attitudes is what this company provided me.
