    NOAH M***** AND JOSH HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY POOL AND JUST STOPPED. NOAH M***** HAS STOLE A LOT OF MY MONEY AND DIDNT FINISH THE JOB. NOAH M***** WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS. I WILL SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL. I STARTED WITH NOAH M***** IN DECEMBER 2023.

    On February 2nd 2024 i signed a contract with leisure enterprises to build an in ground pool and submitted a $11,500 deposit. The commitment from the owner, Noah was that the pool would take 2 weeks to install and it would be complete mid April. After many excuses and committing to start dates an not showing up , the pool was finally started on May 30th. Noah's team destroyed a retaining wall in my backyard and ruined my landscaping causing $6000 in damages.

    Fast forward to 8/6 after months of Noah and team taking weeks to respond to my calls, emails or texts, leisure enterprises will not longer respond to me and i have been forced to find a different pool contractor to finish the job. Because the pool is not finished and noah and his team caused damages to my backyard, i have lost $12,500 that leisure enterprises is refusing to pay.

    The overall unprofessionalism and lack of humanity to do the right thing from this company is extremely disturbing. This company should not be in business as i have talked to other customers and contractors working for the company who have described the same thing.

    This customer is 100% correct on the delay on installation part. Normal damage can occur during excavation and this will (and has always been) alleviated after completion of the project. We have been working with this customer closely on the completion of this project and have provided timelines and dates on next steps to keep this customer up to date on his installation. We look forward to finishing this beautiful pool project and having a happy customer at the end of this process.

    Signed contract on 11/21/23 - See attached. After numerous phone and texts to Noah and recieving reasons/excuses for 3 months as to wgy he hadn't started project, He finally on March 11/ 2024 sent email stating he would be on site to start project. See attached email. He showed up late in after noon on the 11th and tore out the driveway retaining wall. On March 15th he stated he would have the debris moved out of driveway, Mar 18th debris was moved out of driveway. Noah did not show up to site again. on March 28th I made numerous phone calls and texts and an email. Noah finally got back to me through email on Mar, 29th stating would could not do job and would refund our Money. See emails We have yet to receive our refund. product or completion of Job and he is not taking any calls or texts from us,

    I signed a contract to purchase a ****** Pool package from Leisure Enterprises on Sept. 6, 2023, see attached contract and cancelled check copy. Alex has been in contact with me via email and occasionally ********* on ******** but will not give me tracking information or a delivery date for the pool. I told him I am contacting the BBB in his area and filing a complaint. I don't trust this company anymore and would like my money back.
