    Branded by Greenville was hired to rebrand the apartment complex. From the initial face-to-face meeting, we were suspicious of the competency of Evan. His work attire was a few steps below business casual down to the flip-flops and cut-off jeans. When asked about his dress, Evan stated "when I dress like myself, it allows me to think better and be more comfortable in my skin". This was the first sign something was amiss.
    Evan presented new names for the complex that were unacceptable. For example, names were presented that were similar to the rehab center nearby or were similar if not the same as other Apartment complexes. The submissions demonstrate the research and thoughtfulness were nonexistent. A ****** **** was scheduled by Evan, and he failed to show. When contacted he stated we had the wrong time, however, the email trail proved Evan incorrect.
    Finally, Evan was confronted with the poor performance and lack of results, he lashed out verbally attacking staff members. Evan said there were too many cooks in the kitchen, and he wanted to deal with just one person. It is evident teamwork is a skill that Evan does not possess. Evan was condescending and demeaned the team. In the end, Branded by Greenville would not refund the $6,000 paid. However, Evan stated "I see now that I have fallen short of serving you guys in the best way and it goes against who I am and who we are as an Agency". NO MONIES WERE REFUNDED.
    Branded By Greenville is clearly unprofessional and fails to deliver on promises. They deliver substandard, unacceptable work product.
