      I placed an application with Stoneledge Plantation Apartments back in January of 2023, during this timeframe I had to put down a $250 refundable deposit. I was informed that if I chose to not go this route and reside here that I would be refunded back that same $250 via the way I made the payment. January 31st, 2023 I received a text message from what I believed to be Stoneledge informing me that I would be on a waitlist or I can choose to not go with this option. I chose to not wait until 04/28 and to be refunded back the $250. March comes and I have yet to receive a refund. I went into Stoneledge before work one morning in March, and spoke to the manager Heidi and her employee. She informed me that she was able to pull up where I applied and that she would reach out to corporate to investigate and see when I will be receiving my refund. Now here we are in June of 2023 and I STILL DONT have a refund of $250. I tried to call and they never answer the phone at any time. So, I went in there this morning at 11:00 AM June 5th and spoke to Alyssa the now manager of Stoneledge. And she is advising that now there is no record of me applying there EVER and she is not able to “cut a check” for me. I have asked time and time again for the corporate office’s phone number and each time they have refused to provide me with this information. All I am asking for is the $250 to be written in a check and given back to me like I was advised. Please help!!!!

      I have been living in this apartment since 10/10/2022 and I complained to the management a hole in ceiling and a weird noise in the bedroom in the plumbing. It took them almost a month to cover the hole and they did nothing about the noise in the plumbing which resulted in two things; first my 10 years old has been sick since we moved because of humidity and weird smell in the apartment( projected mold). No sum comes in to the apartment. And the second, I have sleep deprivation because of the noise at night which affected my work and my relationships with my wife and families. What I want from them is to let me leave asap especially that they had not told me about all these issues before I moved. Thank you

      Before I applied on the 25th on November, prior to applying I called and asked how long would it take to get the $250 deposit if denied, the lady said 2-3 days direct deposit. I applied was denied on Nov 28th. I went up there to ask how to dispute, they said online. There was no way to do so. I wrote an email offering 3 months in advance. No response. The denial said 14-30 days. I was told it would now be a check. I called on the second week and was told it’ll be in before Christmas. They would call me back. No calls were made. I called back on Dec 28th they stated there’s nothing they can do and there’s no corporate number to call. I was hung up on and now today dec 29th I call again and they are still telling me it should be here next week way passed the 30 days without a garuntee and there’s no corporate number to call. I am going through hard times and need my money back it’s poor customer service and no one is on the same page. I feel like they stole my money. I want my $250 plus the $65 app fee and at least an additional $100 for the frustration and lack of me paying my other bills due to them holding up my money. I’m stressed and can’t handle my other responsibilities due to there lack of accountability and problem solving.
