    I prepaid for a t-shirt at a basketball tournament April 14th through 365Hoops. Weeks went by before I reached out. When I did, I got a basic answer like they had some orders come back. It was a shipping error. Then 2 weeks go by, I reach out again and they don’t respond to me. I think I’m blocked from their online store. I track the owner down through the tournament director and I hear 2-3 more excuses over the next 2 weeks. This has been going on for 7 weeks now. He has not returned messages and the tournament director, who had to track down the info for 365Hoops, said I need to dispute the transaction with my bank because he also cannot get in touch with the 365Hoops owner. I would like my money back since I am not getting my t-shirt back. There’s a few reviews on their shop online that have the same issues.

    I purchased two sweatshirts on April 14, 2024 from 365 hoops at the ********** ********** ****** at a basketball tournament. The owner told me that he was going to go home and make the sweatshirts and he would ship them out to me. Emailed the owner at the provided email address four times with no response. I would like my money back

    I used my personal MasterCard to pay for the two sweatshirts. I included the two receipts for the two sweatshirts that I purchased
