    On September 30th I made a purchase online from a company called brake world my order number was ******* I paid $266.13 for a pair of rear slotted and drilled brake rotors for a 2010 Camaro SS upon receiving the item I opened the item and seen that the quality was nothing as advertised the paint on the rotors look like it was painted in a garage with a spray can it was nothing like the advertisement very poor quality I called several times the phone number is just a voicemail nobody ever called me back after 4 attempts I also emailed the company at ******************* four times with no reply I gave all three of my contact information my phone number email and address with nothing I want a refund for the item I purchased I fall into their return policy with no problem they happily took my money and sent me a confirmation email but won't send me an email trying to resolve my complaint or return any messages I would just like my money back and they can have their horrible product back and also want them to pay for whatever shipping cost to send the item back if that maybe the case I have went online and seen many same complaints on Yelp from many different people stating the quality of their products and also having the same problem with getting any kind of person to talk to to try to resolve the matter

    I ordered a front and rear brake package from Brake World that ended up not fitting my 2017 **** ********. I contacted the company when my mechanic informed me of the issue. I received an initial response asking me a question about the brakes but that was all, never anything regarding how to return them. I proceeded to email and call them numerous times over several weeks with no response. Come to find out I live in the same city they are located. So I drove to their location but was not able to locate their office. I left another series of messages again with no response. They are completely ignoring me and not honoring their return policy.

    I placed an order for brake calipers from this company. They were delivered to me early November. They arrived with cracks and chipped off paint missing from the caliper. I contacted the company they issued me a replacement set after sending back the damaged calipers. The set I received in late November arrived in even worse condition with larger cracks on the powder coated paint and missing even more paint! I have been persistently trying to contact them Via. Phone, Text and email. There is no support or answers back. It does seem that they are avoiding the issues they’ve been having with me. I would like a refund.

    I ordered break rotors for my **** ****** brat that stated they are in stock. They took my money and then proceeded to tell me they are back ordered but will not give me any date or time frame of when they will be in stock. I have tried calling and cannot get anyone on the phone. I want my refund or my parts. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. I need this solved now. The order number is ******.
