    I sent a very rare **** AM-FM radio for repair that had difficulty picking up stations but otherwise, it worked and sounded great. This company had my radio for 8 weeks and returned it worse than before. No volume control at all and there is very little sound now. Jack said that it was because of a previous repair. The radio volume worked in my truck for 20 years and now after there messing with it, it doesn’t work. They told me it worked fine when it left!
    This company has horrible customer service and their only solution for me was to send it back. After waiting 8 weeks and getting it back WORSE and INOPERATIVE, I cannot trust that I would ever see it again. I asked to speak to the owner, Rollan and was told he’s never available. I’m extremely dissatisfied. This company is a sham.

    I hate that the customer fills like our customer service is lacking. We had the radio for eight weeks and in that time, we were just short of harassed about when the radio would be finished. We told the customer that because of previous repairs the radio was not repaired as is. We had to find parts and basically rebuild the complete volume knob assemble. Parts are not available over the shelf for these radios. You must find anything needed second hand, which cause the repair to take way longer than it should. This was explained to the customer multiple times. Finally the customer said he was not going to wait anymore and to send it back. We had no problem with this and didn't charge the customer anything for the work done to that point beside the shipping back. The radio was in the same working order as we received it in when it was shipped out. Once the customer installed the radio he claims it was not working as it did when he sent it. I told him it was bench test to be in working order when it was boxed up, but to please send it back and we will see what we can do to get it playing better as is. The customer refused. He says we don't have good customer service when he refuses to let us service the customer. He says our techs are not professional when he want give the the time it takes to do the job. We didn't charge him anything and he want let us fix the radio so we are at a loss. If you need anything further from us please let me know.

    The vender’s response is not even close to accurate. They indicated a turn around time if 2-4 weeks. Of course I’m going to call after 4 weeks and each week after! There was no harassment. Equally, the radio worked when sent in and didn’t work when returned. They can claim that it was tested but the end result was that I received a radio that was ruined. Never again will I use this vender!,
