    I received a phone from this company informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This company also towed my vehicle to this establishment and the total for the tow was $100.00. I went to pick up my car around 3:45-4:00 December 26 2023. When I arrived I let the lot boys know i was there to get my car. One of the gentlemen went over to drive my car over to me but he returned walking because my car wouldn't start. I'm extremely confused because one of my services was buying a brand new battery costing me Another $100.00. While they were Trying to scam around I was inside making a horrible mistake by paying them before test driving Even after the fact my car wouldn't even start. I paid the teller an additional $680.00{ I have a receipt }which included a outer tire rod, battery, drive shaft alignment and tow. my total amount was $780.00 including a tow. This is the day after Christmas and a few days before the first of the month. They finally got my got my car to start and told me it was ready outside. As soon as I drove off I noticed a funny sound coming from my back tire{ NOT MY EXHAUST} so I drove not even a minute further and I called them to let them know that something is STILL {{ OBVIOUSLY }} wrong with my car. The owner was ACTING as if he was closing the shop early that day FOR WHATEVER REASON because he normally closes at 5:30 and it was almost A ENTIRE hour before that. So he decides to walk off and CONTINUE ACTING and he sent another lot boy over to me. I let them know that it was making weird noise and he test drove it. I'm thinking at this point why would he want to drive when it's OBVIOUS THAT THEY KNEW BEFORE I ARRIVED THAT MY CAR WAS MAKING THAT NOISE. He also informed me that it was my EXHAUST AND GET THIS>>> THEY DO NOT WORK ON EXHAUST AND IT WAS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP ME AFTER I ALREADY MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE AND PAID FOR THE SERVICES I WAS TOLD WERE BEING FIXED. I also had to get ANOTHER tow because of my car driving bad

    Went to this business Last week to get my car checked out and I was told it was a ball joint problem. Took it back today and I was told it was something else. 03/01/23. Put the new part on my car and that didn't resolve the issue. Then I was told it's was something else. I feel like I was taking an advantage of and something needs to be done about this business. I have been dealing with this business for years and never had a problem until today. Please contact me so I can take further action against this business.

    I paid for new front brakes...they sold me used parts glued on my brake pads....they also used bolts that didn't belong to the vehicle.,.I experienced brake issues immediately.... SCDOT had to escort me off the interstate....they refused to address the job....I had no option but to get it fixed at another shop....they just don't care about safety or your money....this could actually fall under criminal if I had totally lost the brakes....
