      Angel was my customer service representative, friendly, fast, very knowledgeable about the companies products. Tell them ***** *********** sent you. Credit requirement not hard. Need Christmas money go see Angel at the ****** ** ****** ** *********

      They never set me up for auto payment after they received my banking information. They keep calling me every month for payments when I've explicitly told them to take it out of my account. They've extorted at least $30 dollars in late fees over a course of 9 months.

      The people that work here are rude and disrespectful. I will never go back. I tried to make a payment the girl is rude hangs up. I’ll let it be sent to collections. I tried and tried and tried. Girl told me is her last day and didn’t give a ****. Tried to get answers of why their end is saying one thing and customer service is saying another. I hope this business goes under. Reported to my credit that it was paid and now they are telling me it’s something else from customer service, but the store is saying different.

      Do NOT do business with the crooks! I was in a really hard spot and had to take a loan out with these crooks, after paying in full the still reported on my credit as a charge off because I defaulted on 2 payments! I hope you guys get shut down.

      Bought a car from ****** **** ****** on ******* **** and ******** ****** in ****** **.I was told if I turn in my car and if anything was wrong with it I would have to pay the difference, months later a debt collector sent me a letter saying I owe them 10,200 dollars I know they trying to sue me and I paid on the car for two n half years..I really think they are scamming me ...I can't afford for them to take money out my work check ..

      They are not truthful about the tax loans. They tell you they only take out a percentage and it is paid when your taxes come back. The truth is that it is a loan and you have to pay back whatever you took away from taxes not a percentage.

      World Finance Corporation opened a fraudulent personal loan under my name (except the person who committed the crime did not have my name spelled correctly). If you take a careful look at their website they state that they require a laundry list of identification and paperwork in order to finance a loan for you. The person who approved it did not do their fiduciary duty in making sure the items were authentic and consistent. It took over a month of me calling and emailing. I could never get anyone on email. The people on the phone were somewhat helpful. However they did not look into my dispute until about 20 business days into it. They did not email or call me to let me know when it was approved. My dispute was finally approved and I got snail mail regarding it. I do think this is not an above ground business. They then had the audacity to ask if I was interested in using their services to file my taxes. After they opened a fraudulent account under my information with my name spelled wrong. I would not use them or trust them with my money.

      I received an Installment loan 4 months ago from Debbie @ World Finance and paid it off on 05 Jan 2024. I tried to receive another loan on 08 Jan 2024 only to be told by of course Debbie that she couldn't give me a loan because of state law that doesn't allow her to give loans apparently to disabled veterans? I'm confused on how people running a company can confuse a Veterans Administration ID for an Military ID?

      I worked for this company, and was recently let go for policy violations, there are employees telling customers that I was fired for fraud. They’re intentionally misleading the customers and using defamation as well. I tried reaching out the district manager and got no response and even tried reaching the VP of the company and still no contact.
