    Easy website to work with. I liked that they furnished a shipping label to send in for repair. I chose 2 day ****** shipping because this was during the Christmas holiday and we had no oven. Repair made and returned very quickly. Inspected the repaired board and found new relays and great solder joints. I installed the repaired board and slid the oven back in the wall. Set the oven to 350 hit start and immediately had a error code. Pulled the oven back out and found out I had switched a blue and purple wire during installation. Reinstalled and everything worked perfectly. Take lots of pictures before removing the board from the oven. Thank you

    Person taking my order via telephone was very professional, explained the circuit board replacement needed for my failed board and took all the required information. The replacement circuit board arrived in very short order and corrected the problem. I was informed in a timely manner via email that the failed circuit board I returned had arrived. I am very satisfied with my experience with Circuit Board Medics.

    Received a motor control board for my ********* Duet and installed without issue. Washer was working great, but then we moved and the washer went into storage. Recently re-connected the washer and it worked fine for a while and then quit again. Fault code indicates a bad MCU (the part we replaced) but i was just past the end of the warranty for my rebuilt board. Called and Circuit Board Medics extended the warranty and are sending me a new board. These guys are as great as it gets. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
